The Business Development & Sales Team is responsible for activities required to bring new business into the company and to promote SSTL to the public. The team is led by Andrew Cawthorne, Business Development and Sales Director and the team includes Key Account Managers, Bid Managers, Business Line Managers and Marketing specialists.
We Are Responsible For
The Key Account Managers are responsible for identifying and initiating new business opportunities worldwide, representing the company externally at events, and maintaining customer relations.
The Bid Management team take the lead in ensuring that SSTL’s bids are formulated in a professional manner to gives the company the best possibility of success, and to follow best practice and legal procedures.
The Business Line personnel are technical specialists from an engineering or programme management background who provide strategic direction in specific areas of business (Export, Institutional, Defence) and liaise with colleagues in Engineering to ensure that new opportunities are aligned with our internal capabilities.
The Marketing Team promotes the SSTL brand and creates compelling material that supports our targeted marketing and bidding campaigns.
